Return & Money Back

1. We do not provide for return and refund in respect of :
   1. International Orders (except in case we are unable to deliver the product);
   2. Solitaires (except solitaire diamond jewellery);
   3. Customised Jewellery or Made to order jewellery
2. We will accept return of product and refund full amount to the customer only under following three (3) circumstances and at our sole discretion subject to quality and other verifications:
   1. The product packing is tampered with (except in case of the delivery is out of India) before the same reaches you;
   2. Product delivered is defective. The refund process will be initiated only post inspection and after we get a go ahead from our QA (quality assurance) team. While refunding for the defective product, we will not charge you for shipment (to and fro).
   3. Logistic partner is unable to deliver the product, even after repeated efforts due to the customer’s unavailability. We reserve right to deduct the cost incurred by us like shipment expenses both to and fro, taxes paid and any other charges.
3. To initiate Return & Refund process, Customers should contact us on +91 9820476980/ 9820333795 or write to us at info@thehouseofdiamonds.com within 7 days from the receipt of product.
4. The products must be returned in their original condition i.e. unaltered and unused.
5. Return the Invoice/Guarantee card/Certificate along with the package to initiate return/refund process.
6. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.
7. As per the regulations enforced by the Government of India, all the return and refund transactions attract Value Added Tax (VAT) at 1%. Hence, the refund shall be net of taxes.
8. On successful confirmation of eligible refund, the amount of refund shall be directly credited to Customer’s Account via the same mode through which the payment was made or through cheque (only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
9. The process of refund may take 7-15 working days from the receipt of Product back by us.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request for return and refund post 30 days from the date of Purchase.
