Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by us
   There may be certain orders that we may not accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or subsequently cancel such orders. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or incomplete product information or fraudulent transactions etc. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information before accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
   
   Full refund shall be credited within 7-15 working days in case the cancellation is initiated from our end.
   
   
2. Cancellation by Customer
   The Jewellery that are customised on the request of the customer cannot be returned or refund claimed under this policy.
   
   Once an order is placed successfully, it can only be cancelled within 4 hours for full refund. Registered customer can always check the status of their order from Track Order option Track Order option available on the website. On successful completion of refund process, you will receive the refund within 7-15 days.

Exchange Policy :

1. 30 Day No Question Asked Exchange Policy
   If for any reason you decide to exchange your order purchased from us, we offer 30 Days No Question Asked Exchange Policy. We enable you to swap your purchased product with a new one on full invoice value, within 30 days from Date of Purchase.
   
   To enable us to process the Exchange, all the genuine documents, invoice and certificates required for exchange should be accompanied with the product to be swapped.   In case the original documents are missing, we send the diamond to our Quality Assurance Team for examination and certification of its originality. The shipping cost in this case will be borne by the customer. We offer complimentary delivery and shipment of the exchanged products within 30 days of purchase.
   
   
2. Lifelong Exchange Policy
   
   We provide a Lifetime Exchange of products which means that you can exchange your jewellery purchased from us with jewellery with us even after 30 days of purchase.
   
   You can exchange your jewellery (earlier purchased from us) item at any point of time subject to following conditions :
   
             1. The jewellery you intend to exchange should be intact with no alterations to the original piece.
             2. Jewellery products comprising of studded diamonds shall be exchanged at 80% of current market price.
             3. Jewellery containing studded gemstones is exchanged at 70% of current market rate.
             4. The Solitaire Diamonds are exchanged at 90% of current market value.
   
   The current market value is the prevailing market price and will be determined by us subject to assessment of the product by our Quality Assurance team.
   
   We reserve the right to not allow the exchange of jewellery products due to differential that may arise, as no two products will have the exact weight & hence price will differ.
